SUPERVISED ACTIVITIES

Please follow these steps:-

1. Download the Supervised Activity Booking Form from the Downloads Menu or by clicking
  the link below.

2. Check the availability for your chosen dates by contacting the Team Managers. Contact
  details for the Teams are printed on the Activity Booking Form.

3. Send the completed Activity Booking Form and full payment to Fox Coverts Bookings,
  PO Box 9989, Hinckley, LE10 9EG. Please submit the Booking Forms as soon as
  practicable and preferably at least 4 weeks before the booking.

UNSUPERVISED ACTIVITIES

Please follow these steps:-

1. Download the Unsupervised Activity Booking Form from the Downloads Menu or by
  clicking the link below.

2. Sumo Suits, Pioneering, Gold Panning and Frisbee Golf must be pre-booked by sending a
  completed Unsupervised Activity Booking form to Fox Coverts Bookings, PO Box 9989,
  Hinckley, LE10 9EG. Payment can be included with the booking form, paid to the Duty
  Warden during the camp or invoiced in due course after the event.
 
3. All other Unsupervised Activities can be booked in advance or during the camp.
